The last 24 months have probably been the most busy, the most fulfilling and the most challenging months of my life. December 24th, 2006, my family moved from York, Pennsylvania to Olive Branch Mississippi. Olive Branch. Peace. Olive Branch was where we went to find peace. It was the hardest and most peace-filled 18 months for our family of 6. It’s where we reset ourselves as a family unit. It was a great and hard 18 months. I’ve been photographing this little beauty since she was born! It is such an honor to watch babies grown into such amazing kids with the most animated personalities! She’s a big sister now! I am blessed to know this sweet girl and her wonderful parents and now her baby sister. Is her Mama gorgeous or what?!?

Ava Grace…little miss priss. I love her! I can count on one hand the number of years that I’ve lived near family since I got married almost 22 years ago. So the fact that my cousin and his beautiful wife and precious baby girl packed up all their belongings and moved from Tennessee to Texas to start a new life in Houston makes me giddy! I never lived around my cousins when I was a kid and always loved going to Tennessee to visit all of my dad’s side of the family. This is Ava Grace and she is so cute and sweet and sassy…..
